There was an overwhelming craving for cake eating away at me today. So much so that it actually woke AND forced me out of bed.
And so this happened. Got some eggs; beat the shit outta the whites, then beat the shit outta the yolks with sugar and some other wonderful stuff. Added some flour (I think, not too sure on that one). Stuck in oven. Jammed some whipped cream and strawberries up in dere and ate it.
It was good. And can we please take a moment to take in the awesomeness of this plate? I am slightly obsessed with it.
